Tracy working for Thames Water allowed us to interview her. On behalf of Thames Water she had explained the challenges Thames Water overcome on a daily basis. She was right to say that water is taken for granted and we, as consumers do not understand the struggle the company has to provide water for every customer.
The challenge was to use pipes to connect consumers on a map taking into consideration cost, the environmental impact as well as the time it would generally take to build. Obviously the model was a watered down version.
