At the Westminster Kingsway College booth, they were showcasing their liquid nitrogen lolly pops made from fruit puree and yogurt.  When interviewing the lecturer, he told us some interesting facts about liquid nitrogen such as the temperature of it (-196 degrees Celsius), also when it heats up, it expands around 7 times and if you were to take a liquid nitrogen it would be very dangerous because it can cause your stomach to burst if you have too big of a shot.

He also let us make some liquid nitrogen lolly pops ourself which wasn’t too difficult and it was quite fun to touch substance which felt slightly wet and soft. Before we stuck our hands into the basin, he informed us that if you left you hand in for too long then you hand would catch frost bite instantly and you would have to be amputated.
